At Rakuten Kobo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eReader experience; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for all hardware devices and accessories purchased through our official Canadian store. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit the Kobo Help Centre and select 'Request a Return' to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number using your order details.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your Kobo eReader and any included accessories into the original box, ensuring the device is protected from potential shipping damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, clearly marking the RMA number on the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
